TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In the event of a cancellation after the 72 hour window, no refunds of fees or deposits will be made and no entitlement to a later-date course will be granted. Cancellations should be made 72 hours prior to the service. 

Deposits are not refundable.

Any allergies and/or skin conditions or illness would/could impede makeup application or risk the health of the Service provider or any associates of the Service provider must be reported by the client to the Service Provider prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.

I agree to release Bigshot Creatives LLC (Maria Laura Serrao) and any associates from liability for any skin complications, allergic reactions or illness caused from or due to makeup application or services provided.

I agree to release Bigshot Creatives LLC (Maria Laura Serrao) and any associates from liability for any damages accidentally caused during the service to personal property or belongings of the client.

I agree that participating in any activities during or along the directions of Bigshot Creatives LLC is done under my own risk and I release the service provider of any liabilities incur by it.

I hereby grant Bigshot Creatives LLC (Maria Laura Serrao) the permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web- based publications, without payment or other consideration.
